--It is very common to switch up your skin care products when the seasons change. But for some clients, they like to alternate their products daily just because their skins' needs change.

Here is a basic regimen:

1) Cleanse twice daily (double cleanse to make sure and remove all traces of makeup)
2) Tone if hydration is needed (depending on the time of year, sometimes) or apply a witch hazel to reduce oil
3) Exfoliate with a gentle granular scrub (2-3 times a week) or use an alpha hydroxy complex cream nightly (3-4 times a week)
4) Moisturize and protect daily with an spf 15 or 20. Don't forget to treat under your eyes and your neck! (For all day sun exposure, an spf 30 is sufficient).
